Nsbkoa Ventures Llp is located in Flat G-7 of the Ramakant Cooperative Housing Society. It's right in Panjim, near the heart of the city. Having an office in a housing society means it’s a bit quieter than being on the main market street. We like that. It’s a residential vibe but we do our business here every day. We’ve got a small setup in the flat where we handle all our ventures. It’s just a few of us. We aren't a big fancy outfit. We started this because we wanted to do something for ourselves in Panaji. The neighbors are nice and we try not to make too much noise. Most of our day is spent on the computer or on the phone. We don't really have people walking in off the street much. Usually, people call ahead. It’s a practical way to work without the high costs of a big commercial building. The address can be a little tricky to find if you aren't familiar with the society layout. We just tell people to look for the Ramakant building near the housing society area. We take our work seriously but we don't act like we're better than anyone else. It's just a job and we're glad to be doing it here. We've been here for a while and plan to stay. That's really all there is to it. We just keep moving forward with our daily tasks.
