Winners Hospitality Training

We are located near Club Qivana, which is a pretty well-known spot around here. Winners Hospitality Training is basically just a few rooms where we show people how things work in hotels and restaurants. It’s not like a big university or anything. We have some kitchen equipment and some tables set up to practice on. Sometimes the rooms get a bit cramped when we have a full group, but we make it work. Most of the time, the students are busy practicing how to set a table or how to talk to guests. We use a lot of real plates and glasses, so there is always the sound of clinking in the background. The area near Club Qivana is usually busy in the evenings, but we are mostly active during the day. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have worked in the industry before and wanted to pass on what we know. It is practical work. We don't spend much time on theories or big books. We’d rather have people actually doing the tasks. The floor is usually a bit wet from cleaning drills, and there is always a smell of soap or something cooking in the back. It’s a straightforward place. We just open the doors in the morning, get the equipment ready, and start the day’s lessons. It gets a bit chaotic sometimes, but that’s just how it goes here when everyone is trying to learn at once. We like the energy of it.
