Industrial Essentials

Industrial Essentials is based over in Miramar. Our spot is G-2 at Ceu De Pereira on Naland Colony Road. It’s a nice area, fairly close to Rosary School. Being in Miramar is great because you can feel the sea breeze sometimes if the wind is right. We deal with industrial items, though the neighborhood is quite pleasant. The office is on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to drop in. It’s not a very big place, just enough room for us and some stock. We keep things pretty casual here. There’s no dress code or anything like that. Usually, you’ll find us sitting around a table discussing what needs to be ordered or shipped out. Miramar is a bit of a fancy name, but our business is very down-to-earth. We don’t have glossy brochures or a big sales pitch. We just sell what people need for their factories or workshops. Sometimes the traffic near the school gets a bit heavy in the mornings and afternoons when parents are dropping off kids. We just plan our day around it. It’s a comfortable place to work. We’ve been at this address for a while and the locals know us. We just try to keep things organized and handle the daily requests as they come in. It’s a simple life and we enjoy the quiet moments when the school is in session. Just a small group working together to get things done.
