Ashiyana Consultants is located at H No. 220, right opposite the telephone tower in Curchorem. If you’re looking for the tower, you can’t miss us. It’s a familiar landmark for everyone in this part of town. Our office is just a regular house that we’ve set up for business. It feels a bit more comfortable that way than being in a big office block. We’ve been helping people with property stuff in Curchorem for quite a long time. People around here know us, and we know them. It’s a small community, so word travels fast if you don’t do a good job. We just try to be fair and listen to what people are looking for. Sometimes it’s a piece of land, other times it’s a small house. We don’t have any big speeches or sales pitches. We just show what’s available and let people decide for themselves. The telephone tower across the road is a good way to give directions when someone is coming to visit for the first time. We spend our days mostly talking to neighbors and checking on local listings. It’s a slow and steady pace most of the time. We like it that way. It gives us time to really understand what's happening in the local market.
