Manitech Marine And Industrial Engg Pvt. Ltd. is located in Panaji North. We have our office on the second floor of Attaide Apts, which is House No. 12/125 on M.G. Road. It’s a very central spot, so we are right in the middle of all the shops and cafes. Being on M.G. Road means it can be hard to find parking, but we like the energy of the area. Our office is just a few rooms in the apartment building. It’s filled with technical books, drawings, and old computers. It’s not a large space, and it can feel a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time. We have been here for a while, and the people in the building know us. We don't have a big workshop here; that's all done elsewhere. This is where we do the planning and the engineering side of things. You can hear the sounds of the street coming through the windows all day. It’s a very different vibe from an industrial yard. We mostly spend our time on designs and talking to clients on the phone. We don't have a fancy reception or a sign outside that you can see from a mile away. You have to know where to look to find us. It’s a quiet, busy little office where we just get on with our engineering tasks without much fuss.
