Our office is on the ground floor of Landscape Excelsio on Bandodkar Marg. We are right in Campal, Panaji, which is a pretty good spot. If you look out the front, you can see the football ground across the way. At Minescape Minerals Pvt. Ltd., we spend a lot of time dealing with rocks, minerals, and a whole lot of documents. Goa is known for its beaches, but here in Panaji, it’s more about the daily grind of business. The office has that typical smell of old paper and coffee. We have maps on the walls and samples of different ores sitting on the shelves. It’s not a place for tourists. We mostly just work with other companies in the industry. Sometimes we have to go out to the sites, but mostly we are right here on Bandodkar Marg. The traffic outside can be a bit much when there is a game at the football ground. We don't have any flashy slogans or corporate logos on everything. We just handle the mineral business as it comes. The team is small, and we’ve all known each other for a long time. It’s a practical workspace where we focus on getting the logistics and the quality right. We usually take a lunch break at one of the small places nearby. It’s a steady kind of life, working with the earth’s resources from this ground-floor office.
