Luxury Rental

Living and working in Panjim means dealing with the Goa heat every single day. Our office is located right in the heart of the city, and it stays pretty busy with people coming in and out. We handle rentals, so there’s always a lot of keys being passed around and paperwork to sign. It’s not like those glossy travel magazines make it look; it’s mostly just making sure things are clean and ready for the next person. The streets around 403001 can get quite narrow and crowded, especially when the tourists are in town. We spend a lot of time on our scooters running between different properties or checking on things. The office itself is quite plain. We have a few desks, a working AC that we keep on full blast, and a fridge for cold water. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, and we just sit and wait for it to come back on. It’s a decent life here. We know the neighbors and the guy who sells snacks at the corner. Most of the people we deal with are just looking for a place to stay or a car to drive, and we help them out as best as we can. It’s a lot of coordination and phone calls, and by the evening, we’re usually pretty tired. Panjim has a good vibe though, especially when the sun starts to set over the Mandovi river.
