Up on the 7th floor of RR Towers in Mapusa, you will find Kimron Consultancy Llp. Being in Mapusa means there is always something going on outside. The noise from the market and the buses is always there in the background, even all the way up here in units 7-D, E, and F. We have been in this spot for a while. It is a functional office. We have files everywhere and the printers are usually running. It is a consultancy, so a lot of our time is spent looking at documents or talking to people about their business needs. Mapusa is a central spot, so it makes sense for us to be here, even if parking can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes. We have a small team here. Most of us have been working together for long enough that we know how everyone takes their tea. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. People just come in, sit down, and we talk about whatever they need help with. It is a practical way to work. The 7th floor gives us a decent view of the town, which is nice when you need a break from the screen. We keep things pretty straightforward here. No big speeches or complicated plans, just regular work day in and day out. There is always a stack of paperwork to get through and we just take it one page at a time.
