Kenneth International Care and Medical Tourism is located behind the Campal Trade Centre. Our office is at Mindspace, specifically rooms 603 and 604. We are right there in the Panaji area, which is usually quite busy with trade and business stuff. Because we handle medical tourism, we spend a massive amount of time on our computers and phones. We are basically the middle-people who help folks figure out where to go for their healthcare when they are traveling. The office is mostly desks, chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets. It’s on the 6th floor, so we get a decent view, but we are usually too busy to look out the window. It’s not a medical clinic where you come for a check-up; it’s more of an administrative hub. We coordinate with hospitals and patients, trying to make sure everything lines up. Sometimes it’s stressful when flights are delayed or paperwork gets stuck in the system, but we just keep at it. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the building. It’s a professional but lived-in space. There are usually coffee mugs on the desks and stacks of papers that need sorting. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just try to get the logistics right for every single person who reaches out.
