Hydropneumatics Pvt. Ltd.

We are over at Shed No D2-6 in the Bicholim Industrial Estate. Working in an industrial estate is different from being in the city because it is all about big machines and warehouses. Hydropneumatics Pvt. Ltd. is basically our workspace where we handle various parts and mechanical stuff. The shed is large and has a high roof, which makes it feel cold in the winter mornings. We spend the day moving heavy parts around and making sure the equipment is doing what it is supposed to do. There is always a smell of oil and metal in the air here. It is a bit greasy, and our work clothes reflect that by the time we go home. We have a small area in the corner for taking breaks where we have a kettle and some plastic chairs. Most of the people working in the other sheds around us are friendly, and we often borrow tools or help each other out when something goes wrong. It is a tough environment but we like the routine of it. We don't have any fancy office space with carpets. It is all concrete and steel here. We just focus on the technical side of things and try to keep everything running smoothly. The trucks come and go all day, bringing in supplies or taking away finished work from the estate. It is just the way we earn our living here.
