We operate out of Gasper Apartments in Panaji, right near People's High School. Our office is Flat 103 on Rua-De-Orem. It’s a quiet enough street most of the time, which is good for when we’re working on the latest publications. Herald Publications Pvt Ltd has been around for a bit, and we’ve seen a lot of changes in Goa from this vantage point. The office itself is full of stacks of paper and old copies of things we’ve worked on. It’s not the most organized looking place, but it works for us. We do a lot of the writing and editing right here in these rooms. The light comes in nicely in the afternoons, though the humidity can be a bit much for the old books sometimes. We aren’t a giant media house with hundreds of people; we’re just a small crew trying to put out interesting things. Living in Panaji, you get to know everyone, and being close to the school means there’s a bit of life around the building in the mornings. We don't have a big reception area or anything. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us at our desks with coffee. We just focus on the work at hand and try to make sure everything we print is worth reading. It's a simple life here in Goa. Panaji is a beautiful place to work and Rua-De-Orem has its own charm with all the old buildings nearby.
