The facility is where we deal with all the glass fibre materials that we produce. It’s a bit of a specialized trade, and we have been at this location for quite some time now. Madel is a decent area to work in because it’s not too crowded, but we are still close enough to the main roads to get our shipments out to the customers. We just focus on the manufacturing and the orders that come in every week. It’s a straightforward business without much drama. We open the doors early in the morning and stay until the work is finished for the day. Most of the people working here live nearby in Tivim or Mapusa. We know the local shopkeepers and the neighbors on the street. It’s a community-based feeling even though we are a factory. We just do our job and keep the glass fibre moving out the door.
