Frigette Engineering

If you go behind the Karnataka Bank in St. Inez, you’ll find us at Shop No 2 in the Caritas Complex. It’s a decent little spot, tucked away from the main road noise. St. Inez is a nice part of town, though parking can be a nightmare sometimes. Frigette Engineering has been here for a while. The shop is small, packed with parts, tools, and old manuals that we still use. We don't have a big neon sign. Most people find us because they’ve been coming here for years or someone told them where we are. It’s a bit cramped inside because we have so much gear, but we know where everything is. The air is always a bit cool because of the work we do, which is a relief when Goa gets really hot. We don't have a HR department or a marketing team. It’s just us engineers and a couple of helpers. We spend a lot of time out on sites, but someone is usually at the shop to answer the door. The floor has some oil stains and the workbench is scarred from years of use. It’s not a place for a fancy meeting, but it’s a great place to fix things. We just get on with it. No one here wears a suit. We prefer our work clothes because they can get dirty without it being a problem. The landlord is nice and the building is solid enough for what we need.
