Panjim Inn

You can find us over at E-212 on 31st January Road. We are quite close to the Peopls Hih school, so it gets a bit noisy when the kids are heading home, but it’s a nice kind of energy. The building has been around for a long time and it has that old Panjim feel to it. We aren't a big hotel with elevators and shiny marble floors. It’s more of a quiet place where people can stay while they are passing through or visiting for work. We spend a lot of our time making sure the rooms are clean and talking to the guests about where to get a good meal nearby. The streets around here are narrow and colorful, which makes for a good walk in the evenings. We try to keep things simple and functional for everyone who walks through the door. Sometimes the plumbing acts up because of the age of the place, but we fix it as fast as we can. It’s just how things go with these old houses. We don't have a big marketing team or anything, just us running the place day to day. It’s a lot of work keeping an old inn going, but we like the history of the 31st January Road area. It feels like home to us and we hope it feels okay for the guests too. There is always a lot to do, from changing sheets to fixing the front door lock or helping someone find their way to the next street.
