Exl Service.Com (I) Pvt Ltd

It’s a bit of an interesting setup we have at Exl Service.Com (I) Pvt Ltd. We have one foot in Ranchi and the other in Goa. In Ranchi, you can find us over by Bariyatu, specifically near the Ranchi Packaging place in Delatoli. It’s a busy little area with a lot of trucks moving in and out, which keeps things lively. Then there’s the Goa side of things, located in Alto-Porvorim, right by the IHM. It’s a different vibe there for sure, much closer to the coast and a bit more laid back than the Jharkhand office. We do a lot of computer work and coordination between these two spots. It’s not always easy keeping everyone on the same page when you’re dealing with different states, but we manage. Most of us have been working together for a long time. We aren’t a big corporate machine with thousands of employees in suits. We’re more likely to be found in casual clothes, drinking coffee and trying to fix some technical glitch. The Ranchi office gets quite dusty because of the packaging units nearby, so there’s a lot of cleaning to do. In Goa, we deal with the humidity. We just show up, do the tasks assigned for the day, and go home. There is no big philosophy behind it; we just provide the services people ask for and try to stay on top of our emails.
