We are spread out across 201 and 301 in the Shanta Building. It’s right behind the SBI Zonal Office near Caculocircle. Having two floors is okay, but we spend a lot of time going up and down the stairs to talk to each other. E And S Partners Private Limited has been in this spot on 18th Road for some time. It’s a convenient location because the circle is a major landmark. The building itself is older, but it has character. We have some plants in the corners that we try to keep alive, though we forget to water them sometimes. The rooms are a bit cramped with all the desks and boxes of old records we haven't sorted through yet. We usually leave the windows open when the weather is nice, though the dust from the road gets in. There’s always someone coming or going since it’s such a busy area. We keep things pretty casual inside. Nobody wears suits unless they really have to for a meeting outside. Most of the time, it’s just the sound of keyboards clicking and people chatting about what to get for lunch. We find that being near the bank helps people find us, even if the building name isn't always obvious from the street. It’s just our little workspace in the middle of everything, keeping things simple and working through our daily lists.
