Dr Ajoy Estibeiro (Care Foundation)

We are located at 781 Esperanca, which is part of St Marys Colony in Miramar. Panaji is a nice place to work, especially near the coast. Dr. Ajoy Estibeiro has been running this clinic for quite some time under the Care Foundation name. It's a quiet street usually, which is a bit different from the busier parts of town. People come here when they need help with their general health. The clinic isn't huge, but we have exactly what we need to get through the day. It feels a bit more like a house because of the colony setting, which some people seem to like. We see a lot of locals who live around Miramar. Some people travel from other parts of Panaji too. We try to keep the chairs clean and the room well-ventilated. It’s a very straightforward medical setup. We don't spend much on decorations or things that don't really matter for health. The focus is always on the person sitting in front of the doctor. We have some regular patients who have been coming here for many years. They know us and we know their families. It's that kind of neighborhood place. Sometimes we get very busy and the waiting room stays full, but we try to move through the list fairly. Dealing with health stuff can be stressful for people, so we just try to be calm and do the job. You can find us easily enough once you enter the colony.
