We are located at A-11 in Ocean Park, which is in the Dona Paula area of Panjim, Goa. Being near the coast is nice, though we spend most of our time inside looking at property documents and talking to clients. The office is pretty simple. We have some desks, a couple of cupboards for all the files, and a few chairs for visitors. It is not a high-end luxury office, just a practical space where we do our real estate work. The air conditioner is usually running because it gets quite humid here in Goa. We handle a lot of local property matters, and since we are right here in Panjim, we can get around to different sites fairly quickly. Most of the people who work here grew up in the area, so we have a good sense of the local market. We are not into big sales pitches or anything like that. We just tell people what we know about the houses or land they are interested in. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with all the maps and site plans, but we know where everything is. It is a relaxed atmosphere, which fits the vibe of Goa, but we still make sure the work gets done on time. If you drop by, you might find us having a quiet lunch or on a long phone call. We just take things as they come and try to be helpful.
