Coastal Goa Realtors Llp is run out of Sonu K Gawadekorgao’s place over in Mapusa B. Mapusa is a lively spot, especially on market days, and we are glad to be part of the community here. We don't have a big corporate office with a receptionist. It is more of a local setup where we handle business in a more relaxed way. We spend a lot of our time out on the road looking at different spots near the coast or in the villages. Property work in Goa involves a lot of walking around and talking to owners, so that’s mostly what our day looks like. We try to keep our records organized, even if the desk gets a bit messy sometimes. It isn't a flashy operation. We just know the area well and help people find what they are looking for without a lot of fuss. If you come by, you’ll probably find us mid-conversation about a plot of land or some new regulations. We don't use those scripted lines you hear from big companies. We just say it like it is. Some days are slow and others are a bit frantic with deadlines, but we like the rhythm of it. Being in Mapusa keeps us grounded. It is a practical location for what we do. We just do our work and hope the results speak for themselves at the end of the day.
