Brown Brunel Pharmaceuticals is a small one-person company based in Anjuna. We are located at House Number 705(1) in the St. Anthony Prais area, not too far from Mapusa. Since it is an OPC, it is a very local and personal operation. The office is basically part of the house, which makes it easy to stay on top of things at any hour. I handle most of the pharmaceutical business tasks myself, from the paperwork to the phone calls. Anjuna is a nice place to live and work, even if it gets a bit noisy during the holidays. My setup is very simple. I have a desk, a computer, and some shelves for my files. I don't have a big team of executives or a fancy marketing budget. It is just about getting the work done and making sure the pharmaceutical side of things stays on track. I spend a lot of time checking numbers and talking to suppliers. Sometimes the neighbors come by and we have a quick chat, but mostly I am focused on the business. It’s a quiet life in St. Anthony Prais, and that suits the work I do. I don't use any corporate jargon or try to sound bigger than I am. I’m just a guy running a pharmaceutical company from his home in Goa. It’s honest work and it keeps me busy throughout the week.
