We are Bagkiya Construction Pvt. Ltd. and we work out of Alto Porvorim in Bardez. If you know the area, you know it’s a busy part of town with a lot of new buildings going up. We are right in the middle of it. Construction is a tough business with a lot of moving parts. Some days the weather is great and everything goes fast, other days it rains and everything slows to a crawl. We deal with concrete, bricks, and a lot of paperwork. Our office in Alto Porvorim is usually a bit messy with blueprints and coffee cups everywhere. We aren't the kind of company that wears suits. We are usually out on the sites getting our boots dirty. We have a crew that has been working together for years, so we know how each other works. It’s not always perfect; sometimes a supplier is late or a tool breaks, but we figure it out as we go. We’ve built a few things around Bardez that we are quite proud of when we drive past them. We just want to do a decent day's work and get home to our families. If you are looking for someone to build something, we are usually around to have a chat. We prefer talking in person rather than over the phone because it’s easier to explain things that way.
