People find us because we are right behind Satyam Garage in Porvorim. If you see the Xavier Research Centre, you are basically there. It’s not a big fancy place, just a clinic with some rooms and that familiar smell of oils. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but inside it’s usually okay. We keep things simple. Most days are just busy with people dropping in for their appointments. We don't have a big receptionist desk or anything like that, just a desk and some chairs for people to sit while they wait. If you’re looking for us, look for the sign behind the garage—it is getting a bit old and faded now. We do what we do and that's it really. No point in making it sound like more than it is. It’s a local spot. Most of the people from the neighborhood know us by now. We see the same faces every week. Sometimes a tourist stops by if they’re staying in one of the guesthouses nearby. We just handle the daily walk-ins and the scheduled stuff. It’s just us working here, trying to keep the place tidy and functional. We have a couple of treatment rooms in the back. They aren't huge, but they work. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint soon, but for now, they are fine. We spend time organizing the herbs on the shelves. It’s just how things are here.
