We spend most of our time out here at plots 190 and 191 in the Kundaim Industrial Estate. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, but that is just how it is working in Goa. Aquarius Engineers has been around this spot for a while now. When you walk into the shop, you will see a lot of metal, some half-finished pumps, and probably a couple of guys arguing about a drawing. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a workspace where things get built. Most of us have been working together for years, so we know each other's habits. Lunch usually happens around one, and the small tea stall nearby is where most of the planning actually happens. The machinery is loud, and there is always a layer of dust on the desks, no matter how much we clean. We deal with concrete pumps and all that heavy stuff. It is not glamorous work, but it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes the trucks coming in for pickups get stuck in the narrow lanes of the estate, and that creates a bit of a mess. But we manage to get things loaded eventually. The neighbors at the other units are mostly quiet, except for the occasional noise from the fabrication shops. It is a decent place to work if you don't mind getting your hands a bit dirty or dealing with the humidity.
