We are based out in Assagao, which is a bit of a quiet spot compared to the louder parts of North Goa. The office is at House No. Sy. No-90/3, right by the landmark people use to find their way around the village. Being here in Bardez means we are close enough to Mapusa for errands but tucked away enough to actually get things done without too much noise. Aishwarym Fishery Private Limited is mostly about the daily grind of the fish business. It is not glamorous work, honestly. Most days start early when the air is still a bit damp and the sun hasn't started hitting the roof too hard yet. We spend a lot of time checking on things and making sure the paperwork for the fishery side of stuff is sorted out. The house isn't some big corporate building, just a regular place where we keep our records and take calls. Sometimes the power goes out or the rain makes the road a bit messy, but that is just how it is living and working in this part of the state. We have been at this address for a while now. Neighbors know us as the fishery folks. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything like that. Just a small team trying to keep the business moving along. It is steady work, nothing more and nothing less. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks that come with running a local outfit in Goa.
