Rsd Quality Bake Llp

Our place is on the first floor of Y 19A in Naveen Shahdra Colony. Rsd Quality Bake Llp has been in this part of North East Delhi for a while now. It’s a bit unusual to be on the first floor instead of being right on the street, but we’ve made it work for us. It’s mostly families living around here, so it’s a residential vibe. We don’t have a massive sign with flashing lights. People in the colony just know where we are by word of mouth. The stairs are pretty narrow, so carrying bags of flour up every day is a real chore. We don’t have a team of laborers; we just do it ourselves. The kitchen gets really warm because the air doesn't move much, but we’ve gotten used to the heat over the years. We start our work very early, often while the neighborhood is still quiet and dark. You can hear the sounds of the colony waking up as we work. We don’t do any fancy advertising or anything. Most of our customers are people who live just a few streets away. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a batch doesn't look right, we just don't put it out. It’s a small group of us here. We share some tea and talk while the ovens are running. It’s a decent life, and it takes a bit of energy to keep this going every day.
