Our workplace is located in Madhuban Mohalla, specifically Gali Number 3 in North Ghonda. It’s a typical Delhi neighborhood, very lively and a bit congested at times. Vivek Contracts Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this D-22/7 H address for a while now. We aren't a big firm with a glass front. It’s a practical space where we sit down to figure out the logistics for our various contracting jobs. The street outside is usually full of bikes and people going about their business, and our office fits right into that. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and stacks of papers related to different projects we have going on. We don’t spend much on decor because we’d rather focus on the actual work. It’s a family-run feel, even if we are a private limited company on paper. Most of our staff live nearby, so there’s a real community vibe in the office. We deal with all kinds of building and maintenance contracts. Every morning starts with a quick check of what needs to be done at the sites, and then we just get to it. There’s no big secret to how we work; we just show up and handle the tasks as they come. It gets a bit loud and messy sometimes, but that’s the nature of the construction and contract business in a place like Delhi. We just keep our heads down and get on with it.
