Usman Enterprises

Usman Enterprises is located in Vijay Park Gali Number 228, over in Moujpur V-112. It’s a tight street and things can get pretty crowded, especially when deliveries arrive. We’ve got a small space filled with all sorts of things we sell. It’s not organized like a supermarket; you have to know where to look. We spend our time answering the phone and writing down orders in a big notebook. We don't use fancy software for everything because the old way works fine for us. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. It’s a very grounded way to live. We’ve known the families on this block for years. Being in Vijay Park means you’re part of a community. We don't put on any acts or try to look bigger than we are. We are just a small enterprise trying to make ends meet and help out the customers who come by. The front door squeaks every time someone opens it, and we keep meaning to oil it but never get around to it. It’s those little things that make the place ours. We work hard, stay late when we have to, and head home tired. It’s honest work and we don't ask for much more than that. Most days we are just sorting through stock and making sure we haven't missed any messages from the day before while the noise of the street continues outside.
