Tenaja Developers is basically run out of Maujpur, over on Shiv Mandir Marg. If you know Delhi, you know these streets can be tight and full of life. We are at number 142, in Street Number 5. It’s a family-oriented setup, really. Mr. Mehra’s place is where the main operations happen. We aren’t one of those massive companies with a glass building in Gurgaon. We’re right here in the neighborhood. People stop by sometimes just to ask questions about property or what’s being built nearby. It’s a lot of talk about bricks, cement, and permits. Dealing with development in Delhi isn't always easy because there’s so much red tape, but we’ve been around long enough to know the ropes. We handle the paperwork and the site visits ourselves. Most of the time, our boots are actually dirty because we’re out looking at projects. It’s a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything. One day I’m filing papers, and the next I’m talking to contractors about why the sand hasn't arrived. It’s just the reality of building things here. We don't put on airs. We just want to get the houses or buildings finished so we can move on to the next one. It’s a busy life in Maujpur, and we’re right in the thick of it every day, just trying to keep the business moving and handle the stuff that comes up.
