We are based in Brijpuri, right at B-1/40, which is just opposite Yamuna Vihar in Delhi. It is a typical Delhi neighborhood, always buzzing with people and vehicles. Our office is a simple place where we manage the transport operations for this area. It isn't a modern glass building; it is a solid, practical office where we keep our records and coordinate with the trucks. Most of our day is spent dealing with the logistics of moving goods across different routes. We have a lot of charts on the walls and files on the desks. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed but busy. We talk to drivers, check the weight of the loads, and make sure the paperwork for the state borders is all in order. Being near Yamuna Vihar means there is always a lot of movement around us. We don't really do much in the way of marketing or fancy talk. People know where we are, and they know what we do. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for reports to come in. It is just a group of people working together to make sure the transport side of things doesn't stop. Some days are slower than others, but there is always something that needs fixing or a phone call that needs to be made to some warehouse.
