Special Equipment Service Group

We’ve been at Kirti Shikar Ansal Building for a good while now. It’s a busy spot in District Center Janakpuri. Most days you'll find us in Office 205 sorting out parts and talking to people about their machinery needs. Special Equipment Service Group is basically just us working through the technical side of things. It’s not a fancy setup. We have desks piled with papers and tools lying around. People come in looking for help with specific gear that isn’t easy to fix. We try to figure it out. The building itself is easy to spot once you get into Janakpuri. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes, but once you reach the second floor, we are right there. We don't spend much time on fancy websites or advertisements. Word of mouth usually brings folks to our door. Sometimes the phones ring off the hook and other days it’s quieter, which lets us catch up on paperwork. The lift in this building can be slow, so many of us just take the stairs. It keeps us moving. We deal with various equipment types, mostly the heavy-duty stuff that regular shops won't touch. We’ve learned a lot over the years by just doing the work. If you are around Janakpuri and need someone to look at your specialized tools, you can just drop by. We are usually here from morning until late evening, just keeping things running. It’s a simple operation, really.
