We have been in this part of Delhi for a bit and we know the local rhythm. People around North Gondha are mostly working class, and we fit right in. We do not have a team of marketing people or a fancy front desk. It is just us and the machines. Sometimes the power goes out or the water is a bit slow, but we manage. We just focus on the soya. We chose this location because it was affordable and close to where we live.
