Shepherdsy Private Limited is tucked away in Pocket A of Nand Nagri. If you know the area, you know it’s a very residential part of Delhi, but there are plenty of small businesses like ours scattered around. We are at 24-C, and it’s a place where we spend most of our daylight hours. The office isn't anything spectacular, just a functional space with some chairs and desks where we handle our daily tasks. We have lived and worked around here for quite some time, so we know the local shops where we grab tea in the afternoons. The commute can be a bit of a pain depending on the traffic near the main road, but once we are inside, it is usually quiet enough to focus. We deal with various things throughout the day, mostly coordinating different bits of work that come our way. It is a small team, and we all know each other well. We don't really do the corporate thing with meetings that never end. We just talk across the room when something needs fixing. It is a very hands-on way to run a business. Living and working in 110093 means you see the same faces every day, and we like that familiarity. It feels more like a community than just a place of employment. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done. It's a simple life and we are happy to be here doing this work.
