If you find yourself in the Teliwara area of Shahdara in Delhi, you might come across us. We are located at 3/151 in Gali Ganga Ram. It’s a tight-knit neighborhood, and our office is right in the middle of all that daily activity. We operate as Sembawang Punj Lloyd. Our work is mainly about infrastructure, which keeps us pretty busy around the clock. The office isn't anything special to look at. It's just a place where we keep our files, have our meetings, and drink way too much tea while trying to figure out project schedules. Delhi is a fast-paced place, and Shahdara is no exception. We deal with the usual local challenges, like narrow lanes and the constant noise, but it's home to us. We aren't a big, fancy company with a lot of polish. We’re just regular people doing a tough job. Construction involves a lot of moving parts, and we spend most of our time making sure everything stays on track. Sometimes things go sideways, and we have to spend the whole night sorting it out, but that’s just how it is. We don’t use a lot of big words or make promises we can’t keep. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure the infrastructure we’re building is solid. It’s a practical way of living and working that’s served us well over the years we’ve been here in India doing this sort of thing.
