We operate out of Mansarovar Park in the Shahdara area of Delhi. Specifically, we’re in one of the DDA flats, number 155A. It’s not your typical glass-and-steel office building, but it works for us and what we do at Sembawang Infrastructure. We deal with various infrastructure projects around this part of the city and occasionally across the border into Haryana too. It’s a busy environment. Delhi can be chaotic, and our work reflects that sometimes with all the moving parts we have to keep track of. There are always blueprints lying around and someone is usually talking loudly on a mobile phone about cement or steel deliveries. We aren't into the whole corporate polish thing. We just focus on the tasks at hand. Most of our guys have been in the construction business for years, so they know the ropes. It’s a lot of paperwork and making sure the sites are running right. Life in a DDA flat office is practical. It’s easy to get to, and it keeps us grounded in the community where we work. We don't spend money on flashy signs or expensive furniture. We'd rather just put that effort into making sure the project deadlines are met. Sometimes the heat in the summer makes the office a bit slow, but we push through it. It's honest work, and we’ve been doing it like this for quite some time now. We just try to get the building work done right.
