S.B.Verma Construction Co.

I’ve been running things here at S.B.Verma Construction Co. for quite a while now. Our spot is tucked away in Gali No.5 over in Subhash Vihar. If you know North Ghonda, you know how busy it gets around Bhajanpura. The office is at E-234. It’s a plain place where we keep the tools and talk to people about their building needs. We aren't a big fancy outfit with shiny trucks or expensive suits. Most days it’s just about getting the concrete mixed right and making sure the bricks show up on time. The Delhi sun can be pretty rough when you are standing out on a half-finished roof, but the work has to happen regardless of the heat. We deal with a lot of local folks who just want to add a room or fix up an old house. Sometimes the narrow lanes make it hard to move the supplies in, so we have to get creative with the carts. It’s a noisy business with all the hammering and drilling going on all day. We just show up every morning and do what needs doing. It’s not always pretty, and the dust usually ends up on everything in the office. People around here know where to find us if they need something built. We don't spend much time on paperwork if we can help it. It’s mostly about being out there on the ground. That is how we have always operated. Just a small local team keeping busy in this part of Delhi.
