Sastri Hospital

Sastri Hospital is located in the Shastri Park area. It’s actually called Shastri Park Hospital by most of the people around here. This part of Delhi is always moving. The streets are full of people and the air is usually thick with the sounds of the city. The hospital building itself is a big landmark for the local community. It’s a sturdy structure, but it’s definitely seen a lot of use over the years. You can see the wear on the walls and the floors, but that’s because so many people walk through those doors every day. It’s a very busy place. There is always a line at the window and the waiting area is rarely empty. We don't have fancy art on the walls or leather sofas. It’s all very basic and meant for hard work. The doctors and nurses are always on their feet. Outside, the Shastri Park area is a mix of everything. You have shops, stalls, and lots of transport options. It can be a bit overwhelming if you aren't used to the pace. Inside the hospital, we try to keep things moving as fast as we can. The fans hum on the ceiling and the light is a bit dim in some of the older hallways. It’s a real, living part of the neighborhood. We don’t try to be anything we aren't. It’s just a place for people to come when they need help, right in the middle of Shastri Park.
