Rites Ltd.

The Rites Ltd office in this part of town is at 409/E on Street Number 4. It’s in East Babarpur, Shahdara, which is under the 110032 pin code in Delhi. Shahdara is one of those places that is always packed with people and small shops. Our office is tucked away in one of the side streets. It’s a basic building that doesn't stand out from the houses around it. We have a simple nameplate so people know they have reached the right place. Inside, the rooms are a bit small and we have a lot of equipment and files squeezed in. It gets quite warm in the summer but we have coolers to keep it manageable. We don't have a professional cleaning crew that comes in every hour, so it looks like a lived-in workspace. There are pens and papers everywhere and the bookshelves are overflowing. It’s a very local feel here. Most of us live not too far away and we know the street vendors by name. We get our midday snacks from the local shops on Street Number 4. It’s not the kind of place you’d find in a glossy magazine, but it’s where we do our honest work. We don't have any mission statements on the walls. We just have our calendars and a few photos. It’s a plain, hardworking office in the heart of a busy Delhi neighborhood.
