Ray & Ray is located at C-9/44 in Yamuna Vihar. We have been operating from this corner of Delhi for a good while. It's a modest office where we handle all kinds of accounting tasks. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. Instead, we are just a small team of real people who understand how confusing taxes can be. The shelves are full of tax law books and client files that we’ve collected over the years. When the sun comes through the window in the afternoon, it’s actually a pretty nice place to work. We see people from all over the area, from small shop owners to retirees who just need help with their annual returns. We don’t do fancy presentations. We usually just sit down with a cup of tea and go through the documents together. It’s a very hands-on way of working. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to catch up on, but that is just part of the job. Yamuna Vihar has changed a bit since we started, but we are still here doing the same thing. People know they can just drop by if they have a letter from the tax department they don't understand. We try to be helpful and keep things as simple as possible. It is just a regular local business trying to do right by the people who walk through our door. We always try to answer the phone quickly too.
