Ravish Industries

Ravish Industries is based at 41281 Ashoka Road in the DSIDC Complex, Phase-II of Nand Nagari. This is an industrial area, so it’s not exactly the quietest place to work. You can hear the sounds of metal hitting metal and the hum of big machines from early morning until late in the evening. Our unit is just one of many in this complex. We do manufacturing work, which means our hands are usually a bit dirty and the air smells like oil and dust. It’s a practical setup. We have the heavy machinery on the ground floor and a small space upstairs where we keep the files and have our tea breaks. The team here is mostly guys from the local area who have been working with us for a long time. We don't have any fancy signs or a reception desk. If you come by, you’ll probably find us on the shop floor checking on the production line. Some days things break down and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing a machine, which is frustrating, but that’s just how it goes in this industry. We focus on getting the orders finished and out the door. We don't talk much about visions or goals; we just focus on making things right and making sure we have enough work for next month. Ashoka Road is a busy place, and we are just happy to be part of it.
