We are located at Block- A-18/A, Khasra No. 17 in Pratap Nagar. If you are looking for us, we are right near the Dharamveer office, which is a pretty well-known spot in this neighborhood. Our building at Rathore Surgical Industries is a bit tucked away, but we like it that way because it keeps the noise of the main street at a distance. Inside, the rooms are kept quite clean because of the nature of the surgical items we handle. It isn't a massive factory, just a series of rooms where different stages of the work happen. We have some specialized tools and small benches where the finer work is done under bright lamps. The walls are white, though they have some scuffs from moving equipment around over the years. We don't have a fancy showroom; we just show people the items directly from the storage cabinets. The staff here is small, mostly just a few people who have a steady hand and a lot of patience. Pratap Nagar is a busy area, so finding a parking spot near our gate can be a bit of a challenge on some days. We usually start early before the heat of the day kicks in. There is a small tea stall just a few steps away where we go for our breaks. It’s a quiet, focused kind of workplace where we just try to keep our heads down and get the orders right for everyone who relies on us.
