Parsvanath Developers Private Limited

Our office is at 173-A in Durga Gali No.-2. It’s a busy little street in Maujpur. Parsvanath Developers Private Limited has been here in this part of Delhi-110053 for a while. It’s a local spot, nothing like those big offices you see in the city center. We’ve got a small front door and a few rooms where we keep all the files and maps. People from the neighborhood walk by all the time. Sometimes someone pops in to ask a question or just to say hello. It feels very grounded being in Maujpur. The streets can be narrow, and it gets a bit noisy during the day with the local shops and traffic. We don't mind it. Inside 173-A, it’s mostly just us working on paperwork. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a big HR department. It’s a family-style environment where everyone knows everyone. We take our work seriously but we don’t talk in that corporate way. If there’s a problem, we just sit down and figure it out. The walls are a bit plain, maybe they could use some paint, but it works for us. We focus on the developer side of things. It’s a lot of logistical stuff that people don't really see. We just keep the doors open and do what needs doing every single day. Maujpur is home for us, and this office is where everything happens for the company.
