Pankaj Buildwell Ltd

Our place is located at C-3/159 in Yamuna Vihar. That is over in Delhi, specifically the 110053 area. Pankaj Buildwell Ltd is what we go by. It’s a busy part of town, which I guess most of Delhi is anyway. The building is a bit older, but it serves its purpose for us. We spend a lot of hours in this office. Yamuna Vihar has a lot of energy, and there is always something happening on the street. Sometimes it’s loud, but you get used to the noise after a few weeks. We have our computers set up and some old chairs. It’s not the kind of place that would be in a magazine, but it’s where we work. We have a lot of paperwork to deal with. The address is easy to remember since it’s just C-3/159. We like being in this part of the city. There are plenty of places to get a quick lunch nearby. Our team has been together for a while now. We just focus on the tasks at hand. It is a straightforward operation. No fancy slogans on the walls. Just the address and the name on the door. Delhi 110053 is home for the business. We keep the doors open and the lights on until the work is finished for the day. It’s not always easy with the traffic, but we make it work. We have a couple of old fans that keep us cool in the summer. It's just a regular office.
