You can find Pal Surgical Works over at A-220, Gali No-5 in Kabir Nagar, Shahdara. We are right opposite the old soap factory, which is how most people find us. Shahdara is a crowded area, and Kabir Nagar is no different. Our workshop is where we spend most of our time, focusing on making surgical instruments. It is small-scale work that requires a lot of attention. We have a few machines and a handful of dedicated people who know how to use them. The neighborhood is a mix of homes and small businesses, so there’s always a bit of life on the street. It is not a sterile, corporate environment. There is grease on the machines and the sound of grinding metal throughout the day. We take our work seriously because we know these tools are used in hospitals. Sometimes the alley gets blocked by a delivery truck, and we have to wait it out. It is just part of being in this part of town. We don’t have a big sales team; we just focus on the quality of the items we produce. People who need what we make usually find their way to us through word of mouth. It’s a humble setup, but we’ve been at it for years and plan to stay for many more.
