Ortho Surgical Works

Ortho Surgical Works is located right on the Brij Puri Main Road, in the Chand Bagh area of Bhajan Pura. We’re on the first floor of building E-2, which is directly opposite the petrol pump. It’s a very busy road, so there’s always noise from the traffic and horns outside. Being on the first floor helps a bit, but you still hear everything all day long. We use this space for our surgical equipment work. It’s a mix of a workshop and an office. We have shelves lined with various tools and components. It’s not the cleanest or most organized place you’ll ever see, but we know exactly where every piece is kept. We’ve been here for a long time, and the location across from the pump makes it easy to give directions to people. We spend our days assembling things or checking inventory before it goes out. Sometimes the air gets a bit dusty from all the packaging, so we keep the windows open when the weather allows. It’s just a handful of us working here. We don't have a receptionist, so if someone walks in, whoever is closest to the door helps them out. We drink a lot of tea and stay focused on getting the orders ready. It’s a straightforward business, and this shop on the main road is where it all happens. It’s small and a bit cramped, but it works for what we need to get through the day.
