It’s a home-based setup where we handle various types of consultancy work. We’ve been living and working in this part of Delhi for a long time. The neighborhood is quite crowded and noisy, but it’s home. We don't have a big glass office in a business park. Instead, we use a dedicated room in our house to meet people and do our research. It’s a very personal way of working. Most of the people who come to us are local or have heard about us from friends. We don't use any complicated jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We just listen to what people need and offer our advice based on what we know. It gets busy, and sometimes the boundary between work and home life gets a bit blurry. Uday handles some parts and I handle others. We’ve found that being in Karawal Nagar makes us accessible to a lot of people who wouldn't want to travel to the center of the city. We don't have a fancy website or a sales team. We just do the work as it comes in and try to be helpful. It’s a quiet, steady way to make a living and stay involved in the community.
