Our office sits in Jagjit Nagar, over in the New Usman Pur area of Delhi. If you’ve ever navigated the streets of Shahdra, you know it’s a packed part of town. We are at E-427, which is a fairly standard building for this neighborhood. Being in the biotech field means we spend a lot of time dealing with technical details and regulations. It isn’t always the most exciting work, but it is important and we take it seriously. The air in Delhi can get a bit heavy, and the noise from the street is always there in the background. We have a small team here. People come in, do their shifts, and head home to their families. We don’t have those fancy lounge areas or free snacks you hear about in big corporate offices. We have a kettle for tea and some desks that have seen better days. It is a quiet place inside despite the chaos outside in Shahdra. Working with medicines and biological stuff requires a lot of focus, so we try to keep things organized. Most of us have lived in Delhi for years, so we are used to the pace. We just show up and handle the production and the paperwork. It is a steady job in a busy part of the city. We don't make a big fuss about what we do for a living, we just get on with it.
