We’re located in Yamuna Vihar at C-6/168. Lucknow Healthcity & Trauma Centre Pharmacy Private Limited occupies the ground floor of this building in North East Delhi. Being on the ground floor makes it very easy for people to drop by. We don’t have to worry about elevators or stairs here. The space is used for our pharmaceutical operations, mostly handling the pharmacy side of things. It’s a busy area and we see a lot of local traffic. The office is pretty simple, with shelves for supplies and desks for the admin work. We aren’t trying to look like a high-end clinic or anything. We just keep the place clean and functional. There’s usually a bit of dust from the road, but that’s just part of life in Delhi. We handle a lot of different medicines and keep track of what’s going where. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we have a good routine. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who know us or find us nearby. We just try to be reliable and get things right. The staff here are local folks who know the neighborhood well. It’s a decent place to work and we keep things moving as best as we can every day. It's just simple business for us and we like it.
