K.M. Cables

Down in Shahdara, you’ll find K.M. Cables at 4A/17 Gautam Street in New Vishwas Nagar. This area is pretty well known for being a hub of activity, and we’ve been right in the middle of it for years. We focus on cables—all kinds of them. If you walk into our space, you’ll see rolls of wire and different types of cabling stacked up against the walls. It’s a bit dusty and the street outside is always noisy with rickshaws and delivery trucks, but it’s where we get our work done. We aren't a big factory; we’re more of a local supplier that knows the trade inside out. My family started this because there’s always a need for good wiring, whether it’s for a new house or a repair job. We don't have a secretary or a lobby. You just walk in and talk to whoever is behind the counter. We spend our days cutting wire to length, checking orders, and loading up small trucks for delivery. It’s a lot of physical work, and your hands get dirty by noon, but it’s satisfying to see the inventory move. We don't make big promises or use marketing speak. We just sell the cables we have and tell you honestly what will work for your project. The coffee here is usually cold because we forget to drink it while we're working, but the atmosphere is good.
