We’ve been based here at F-86 on Street No 9 for a good while now. West Jyoti Nagar is our main area, and we know these roads like the back of our hands. Kiran Propmart Llp isn't a huge operation with fancy cars and suits. It’s mostly just us in a modest office, dealing with the daily grind of the property market. We handle the paperwork for people looking to buy or sell their plots and houses. My cousin and I started this because we saw how confusing the local market could be for families. We don’t have a big reception desk, just some chairs and a lot of files. You might find us drinking tea and arguing over a map most afternoons. We don't try to sugarcoat things. If a property has issues with the title or the structure, we just tell you. It saves everyone a lot of time and trouble later on. Our sign out front is a bit faded, but we are easy enough to find if you walk down from the main road. We don't do much advertising, we just rely on people telling their neighbors about us. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it keeps us busy enough throughout the week.
