Brijwasi Foods Industries

We are over at Plot No. 2, Kh. No. 15/2 in Karawal Nagar. Brijwasi Foods Industries has been here for a while now. Most days it is just a lot of work getting everything ready and making sure the food stuff is packed right. It gets pretty loud and busy in the morning. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that. It is just a workspace where we get things done. People around here know where we are. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded with the trucks coming in. We try to keep things organized but you know how it goes. There is always something to clean or a machine to check on. We deal with food, so we have to stay on top of things every single day. The staff mostly lives nearby, so we all walk or take a cycle to work. It’s a simple setup. We spend most of our time on the floor making sure the batches are okay. We don't really do much advertising. People just find us or they already know us from the neighborhood. Karawal Nagar is a busy place, and we are just one part of it. If you walk past the plot, you can usually hear us working away inside. It is hard work but it keeps us going. We’ve had some rainy days where the road gets messy, but we still open up. We don't mind the long hours because it's just what we do to keep the business running in this part of town.
